I’m really pleased with all the help they have given me, taking away the everyday running of the property. My current Property Manager, Cheryl, has recently sorted a maintenance issue quickly and efficiently; she is a pleasure to deal with.

FacebookWe were looking for a family home to rent and had a couple of special requests. Georgina Mepham was always keen to help, returned phone calls quickly and sorted out issues. My only suggestion would be to improve communication between staff members as we had to answer the same question to different people a couple of times. Would gladly recommend contacting Richard James to let a property.

GoogleI met Georgina to view a flat she was early to the appointment which was great and she was very pleasant throughout the whole viewing. FacebookSophie Carter was fantastic from the start when we were looking for a property to rent. She was very efficient, organised viewings promptly & manage to secure us a property within 24 hours. Once the property was secured she organised for us to take measurements the next day, which was so helpful & useful to us. I would highly recommend Richard James.

I always find the staff to be helpful and constructive in resolving issues. Recently I have had Cheryl who has helped me set up a new tenancy agreement and have helped me book jobs that needed doing around the house and her customer service has been world class.
