FacebookI would like to provide some feedback on Kelly Hucker. As a First time buyer I didn't have much clue about properties but Kelly was really helpful, answered all my question. Really professional and kind person. She said she will send me information by email and she did straight after. Thank you for your time Kelly.

GoogleExcellent service. A great chap called Anthony Salter gave us the tours around houses and took the stress out of buying. Then again when it came to selling. This young man is an asset to the industry he made the whole experience stress free and entertaining. Totally recommend Anthony to anyone looking for the services of an agent.

GoogleSo far, so good. We started our collaboration with RJ in May; the agency rep, Gemma Cowley, has been responsive to our messages and has solved the issues. All procedures regarding new tenancy, contract, etc., have been handled smoothly. Our experience with the team, starting with step one, scheduling the first visit until today, has been positive.

GoogleSarah Taylor conducted my home inspection and was very professional throughout. I was comfortable throughout the inspection, and gave feedback as well. She even offered to help collecting a package meant for the landlord, which was sent to my address, so that it would make its way to the owner. Thanks Sarah!

FacebookI've just left the property I've been renting for the last 2 and a half years with Richard James and would like to comment about the leaving: I received a guideline on how to leave the property, very detailed. I followed all steps, especially the one about hiring a private company to do the cleaning. After a while I received the full deposit back! I have to say that GEE MOSSOM was really helpful. She was following the full process with me, always available and very professional. She answered all my questions, took all necessary actions and made me feel I was being looked after. If you ever rent a property with Richard James make sure Gee Mossom is involved in the process.
