Not transparent with information. A simple query like - the vendor has done modifications, have they got any approvals or planning permission in place is not answered. The buyer just gets told that "Your Solicitors will need to find it out". So basically they are expecting the buyer to pay money to solicitors and find this out almost two months in the sale. Ridiculous!!

Louise Robinson - Absolute Legend! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We found our house online and knew it was the one for us! Called up but it was already going through referencing… sad times. 2 days later, “can you view the house tonight?! It back on the market!” YES WE CAN! Louise was a dream!
