I recently moved out of a rented property and worked with Gee Mossom to help out with getting back my deposit. She was really amazing with working with me and the landlord to getting my deposit back and even explained to me how much I should look to get back which was really helpful as this was my first time moving and I didn’t really know how much to expect back. She really went above and beyond my expectations and really helped me out even when the landlord of the property was taking time to get back to us and longing out the situation. I cannot thank her enough.

We have rented with Richard James for over 4 years now . Due to our landlord selling the house we have had no option but to look for another rental property and the team have been nothing but helpful in supporting us through the process and also finding our next suitable property . We have two young children , one in the local school, so staying in the area was important to us . Rebecca Barrett in particular went above and beyond to help us , even while she was suppose to be enjoying some annual leave ! We are so great full of this. Callum Vernon has since been a great support when it comes to all of the admin involved with the new house ensuring we have all that we need. Thank you to all of the RJ team who were involved who I may not know by name, I will always recommend you all for anyone looking to rent/ buy / sell 😊
