This Agency is awful, passive agressive behaviour, trespassing and a lot of manipulation involved, not to mention the fake reviews they have from bots on sites such as Google.Quick side note to the previous reviews mentioning to lock your doors, don't, just change the locks, they have spare keys but only use them when it's convenient, they are sneaky as they can get.

GoogleI used to be a Mcfarlanes tenant and now the building itself Blenheim Court in Wootton Bassett in which my flat is located is managed by Mcfarlanes. Mcfarlanes I'm still very curious to know when the lock on the Blenheim Court communal door is going to be fixed??? Carla used to be my property manager when I was a Mcfarlanes tenant and it cannot be easy having a tenant with disabilities. Born with lifelong neurological and developmental disabilities (as well as medical issues) I am classed as disabled neurologically and developmentally. Carla is a property manager who genuinely understands people with disabilities through her own personal circumstances and my goodness gracious me does it truly show! In the 3 1/2 years that I have known her she has truly been there for me due to my vulnerability and had my back all the way. I am incredibly proud to say that she has now become one of my closest acquaintances and is someone that I know that I can always trust and confide in. What better person could any human being actually want in their lives???

GoogleAvoid these clowns at all costs, their communication with property owners is filled with lies and falsehoods 90% of the time. Avoid at all costs. They will lie about surveys, lie about people dropping out of chains, just constant lies to desperately try and protect themselves with no concern whatsoever of the other parties involved.

GoogleMy Experience with Mcfarlane Lettings was nothing short of amazing. My letting agent was Anita and she was absolutely brilliant. She kept me well informed about everything and really supported me throughout. Looking to rent was really daunting and quiet stressful thing for me but Anita really made me feel at ease and made feel confident through my decision making. I could call and ask about anything I was not sure of and she always made time for me.

I was looking at purchasing a new build property and used the developers assisted purchase programme to sell my existing property. Mcfarlane were selected as the agents and they promptly came out to take photos etc and my property was on the market within days. I eventually decided to withdraw from the transaction but the service received from Mcfarlane was really good and I would not hesitate to use them if I do decide to sell in the future.

TrustpilotHave been lied to every time ive used them
I was manipulated into putting an offer into a property when i was lied to about the reason the last sale fell through. This resulted in a £1600 bill for me. Complaints procedure dont comment and dodge specific queries. State lying is not tolerated and then there are no actions taken to prevent it. Make sure you get everything in writing when you talk to them.
