I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience hasnt met the expectations of yourself and your partner and you both felt the need to leave a review.Selling a house can indeed be stressful, and our goal is always to make it as smooth and supportive as possible for our clients. Even the smoothest property sale can be incredibly stressful combined with the usual day to day pressures of life.Both properties involved are progressing through the process in under the national average time, and on track to complete within 16 weeks. This is particularly positive given that one of the properties is leasehold and part of a chain involving two other properties, which typically adds complexity and time to the process.It's important to clarify that once an offer is accepted, your solicitors take the lead in managing the sale through to exchange and completion. While we are always here to offer advice and support, the responsibility for driving the process forward lies primarily with both yours and your buyers' solicitors. Our influence over the solicitors in a chain is limited, though we are committed to assisting wherever possible to ensure a smooth transaction. We have been in consistent communication with you throughout the process and responded in a reasonable timeframe to all calls and emails and therefore we fundamentally disagree with the points you have raised.
