The person who showed me around (Shirley) was great. She was very kind, personable and knowledgable. The flat, however, was abysmal. It was nothing like the photos. It was cluttered, dirty, and frankly unhygienic. I drove for nearly 1 hour just to see this flat, and felt utterly deceived.

TrustpilotBad experience - Misleading advertising
We had a bad experience with this company as at the time their advertising was misleading and their timescales were unreasonable. They since seem to have changed their policies since. I would advise prospective renters to know your rights as a tenant and not be pressured into any decisions. My impression was that landlords come first and the company was based around serving the landlords needs -which of course most estate agents are - but as a tenant it's important to not feel rushed and misled.
