GoogleWe were advised against using Chappells because they ‘are small’ and the larger agents can sell properties quicker, however my husband and I didn’t like the hard sell we experienced with other agents and welcomed the friendly, more personal approach we’ve had from Chappells. From the first conversation I had with Phil I felt confident and reassured that they were the right agents for us. I’m also a firm believer in supporting smaller businesses. Vincent did a fantastic job of showing people round our home and came to know the property well. The communication we’ve had has always been excellent from Vincent and Phil. It did take a while to sell our house but we were in the middle of a pandemic and we got there in the end! If we decide to move again ( hopefully not!!) I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chappells again.
