Nicki and Andrea have been amazing through the process of me moving dad into his flat since day one. They have both been so supportive of his additional needs, relaying things back to the landlord and helping with guidance and advice. Dad's landlord Richard, has also been absolutly incredible!!! Such a supportive team and genuinely care for their tenants. The process has been smooth and anything is never an issue. If you can get a property from the same landlord, DO IT!! He genuinely cares for his tenants and is such a kind and compassionate gentleman. Nicki, You have also helped me through some of the most difficult times and I can not thank you enough!! Vincent and Phil were exceptionally polite, honest, open, non aggressive and great at setting expections (a rare quality in estate agents)! They managed, what occasionally, became difficult, stressful and frustrating situations with calm, dignity and professionalism. Particularly Vincent as he was assigned to my case. My washing machine started to make a noise and then stopped spinning. The machine was the property of the landlords so i emailed Andrea customer services and Nicki the property manager asking if theyd replace the machine for me and they did with no hassle. Communication was easy and i was so thankful with what could have been a stressful time turned out to be a breeze. Id recommended Chappells to anyone. After months of them now managing the property i live in i have no complaints theyre infact a pleasure to deal with.
