Nicki and Andrea have helped us greatly. We have had issues in our rented accommodation and Nicki has been on the case constantly with contractors, our landlord and us to get them sorted in a timely manner. We have understood that sometimes it takes a while for things to be resolved due to other commitments for other clients but Nicki has kept us in the loop and given us updates at regular intervals. Our landlord is also someone who is lovely has never quibbled when we have had issues. We would highly recommend renting through Chappells.

This was my first ever house purchase (2024/2025), with absolutely no experience of the process. Despite being hired by the seller, the team were incredibly professional, personable, and consistently available to answer my questions. They offered genuinely helpful advice at every stage and supported me as the buyer just as much as they supported the seller. I felt I could trust them throughout, and they even continued to help me after I’d completed the purchase. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, if you’re buying a house, speak to them first. Philip in particular was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. I truly couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Overall - good

I have been a letting tenant with Chappells for the past 5 years. Paula was my first contact when I moved to Swindon & she was lovely. She has now been replaced with Nikki who I have found to be friendly & helpful. There were some issues when I first moved in which were all resolved within a reasonable time frame. I have had no major issues with them in the last couple of years. Overall I think they are a good estate agent.
