GoogleEmma of Chappells sold an ex-rental property for us. As we don't live in Swindon she conducted all the viewings and sales negotiation on our behalf, but kept us fully informed of progress. We couldn't have asked for anyone more efficient or helpful than Emma and would have no hesitation in employing Chappells for any further house sales we may have.

Emma showed us around our new property on two occasions and then a third time for us to measure up things. She was always so friendly and helpful and always helped with a time that suited us. GoogleWish I could give negative stars. Long story short they were agents letting our property. No house house inspection in 2 years. Was given notice 2 weeks later after the tenant informed them, they said they sent me an email and it must have not sent.!!! Come on, a phone call would be more appropriate. A friend rang and asked to speak to Phil, he answered and pretended to be someone else working there. Truly unbelievable. We were constantly lied too. I have many scenarios but I'll leave you with one more. We were told à professional oven had been in, so I called Paula to confirm this and she said yes it had definitely been done. At this same time I was on the phone my dad was stood next to the oven! Guess what? It hadn't been done. Choose them at your own peril.
