After some deliberation I decided to approach Dawson's Estate Agents with a view to selling my property. It was recommended that I go to auction. At the first meeting. I met Julie the Auction Manager and I was impressed with her pleasant manner and knowledge of the auction process.. I remember her parting comment at the conclusion of the meeting "Don't worry , we will look after you" which, as events unfolded proved to be no idle gesture. As time went on I became even more impressed with her pleasant manner, professionalism, and efficiency. Dawsons Property Auction

I am a first time buyer and after considerable searching I came across a property advertised through Dawsons auctions. Being first time buyers we were very apprehensive of going down the auction route to purchase our first property. After much research on the property and the auction process itself (don’t just watch homes under the hammer!) My wife and I decided it had enough potential to make a great family home so decided to go with the plunge and thankfully were successful in the auction. Very Professional

Julie was more than just helpful I was able to get hold of her very quickly and sort out any problems especially with regard to information for solicitors. She helped me exchange within 8 working days. to secure the property I was buying. I had access to her through her office or mobile and my emails were always replied to promptly. I have met with Julie Lawry on a number of occasions over the last 8 years, at various ‘open houses’ for Auction properties. Even if I have been delayed or there were many other people viewing, Julie was always upbeat and helpful. In April 2015 I enquired through Dawsons Swansea regarding an Auction property The Old Toll House, Gower Road. My first contact was with Julie. After an initial viewing of the property on a bitterly cold afternoon, in a house with no heating and in need of a great deal of work, it was obvious that Julie was an excellent negotiator. Calm, methodical and above all patient. She withstood the hour long viewing necessary on such a large and challenging property. She was very helpful with all of the detailed questions that were thrown at her. Having decided to put in an offer, the following day, Julie once again stepped up to the mark and explained the background details re the vendors situation. With this information to hand I was once more guided through the whole process of purchase by Julie and felt confident throughout that the information given by her was accurate. Her professionalism was second to none and she truly deserves recognition for this.

What a dreadful business

What a dreadful business. Drove up from Cardiff to view a flat to rent only to find that it wasn’t available. I have since realised it’s a trick to get you to meet up with them in Oder for them to offer you what they actually have to rent . So the flat on show is fictional. However, I did go and see two of these other flats and I did like one of them. I told them I would take it . They never phoned or emailed back. Absolutely shoddy service.
