GoogleBeen a tenant with Dawson's for 4 years now since I was a student, and would recommend them over any other estate agents in Swansea. They're fair with their prices at a time when cost of living is difficult for everyone - the staff at Dawson's are supportive in trying to find the right property for you - and very helpful navigating contracts and referencing. The maintenance team have always promptly solved any issues and the whole team in the office are professional, polite and easy to talk to - Kelly in the Walter Road branch has gone above and beyond to help sort things out for me!

TrustpilotDespite phoning to enquire about a…
Despite phoning to enquire about a property in their Gorseinon Branch that I was interested in purchasing and leaving a voicemail with my contact details they never replied to me. I also emailed them using their contact us details and yet again they did not respond! This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever had the misfortune to try and deal with. I won't even look at their properties again as obviously the staff do not care whether or not they make a sale!

GoogleI use Dawson’s extensively, as a buyer I find them very professional, expedient and supportive. I buy a lot from their auction department and give particular thanks to Callum who is always available to help with any issue I may have. I can’t recommend Dawson’s enough.

GoogleHorrible horrible people. Rented a flat on top of my shop to a drug addict who plays very very loud music and disturbing all my team and all my customers. Also the smell of drugs everywhere and they don’t seem to be doing anything about it .
