I have no complaints about the real estate agency itself, the rental process was smooth, and I was able to get all my questions answered. However, the post-rental support channel has many problems. We are experiencing some persistent issues in the apartment, and some long-term tenants report that this is not the first time this has happened. The person they provide for contact doesn't resolve basic issues and now no longer responds to emails, which creates stress and discomfort in our daily lives. I believe that if this channel improved, satisfaction would be much higher.

Louis Craggs has been fantastic since I moved into my new property. I had a few issues which needed to be addressed and he handled the with the upmost professionalism and also very quickly! All issues have now either been resolved or those which have not, I am given frequent updates which gives me peace of mind knowing they are being dealt with. Louis is very approachable and very informative as well. I have full confidence in Louis as my dedicated property manager. Thank you for being so efficient :)

I was having ongoing issues with Airbnb, including suspended listings, which left my property sitting empty. I spoke with Helen about moving the property to a long-term rental, gave her access, and left it in her hands. Within just three days she had found a tenant and was already asking me to sign a long-term tenancy agreement. I couldn’t believe how quickly she worked. Since then, any questions or follow-ups I’ve had have been answered within hours. I’m now able to take a completely hands-off approach with this property. I can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Julie, Corey and Nicola (auction team) provided an exceptional service with quick and satisfactory results. From the very start of the process they provided all the information needed, especially for someone who has never been through the auction process before. Having had a really difficult time trying to sell my property through various different local agents and online agents for a long period of time, I don't know why I didn't come to Dawsons first it would have saved me time, money, the lack of inexperience from other estate agents and I would have sold my property a lot faster. Julie and Robyn are exceptional,honest,hardworking, professional, supportive and truly unique individuals that I will never forget. They dealt with everything, I didn't need to follow them up trying to find out what was happening, how viewings went something I did do previously. There written and verbal communication was outstanding very concise, clear and to the point. I'd just like to say thank you to Lorraine Evans and all of the girls in Dawsons office, Walter road on behalf of my mother who has finally purchased her flat in Morgan's court Swansea. Due to selling within a chain my mother had difficulty with her buyer, Lorraine and her team were excellent throughout, keeping us informed and being as helpful as possible, they communicated really well between umy mother and the seller of the flat and I'm sure without all of the efforts the sale would have fallen through, they are a credit to the company. When I picked the keys up Friday they could not of been any warmer and they were genuinely pleased that the sale had finally gone through. Thanks to all.
