GoogleWould not advise renting from this company. I left the house early and spent several days cleaning it. When I moved in the house was grubby and had damp damage. I cleaned the mould away, jet washed outside area, and left this house far cleaner than when I moved in. They still said house required moderate cleaning and withheld over £100 of my deposit. Don’t trust them- they are a scam!

We highly recommend Dawsons to any prospective seller. We have received first rate service throughout the process which at times was a little difficult. Dawson's personnel have been supportive, understanding, and extremely helpful with all aspects of our sale. Offering competitive rates and providing agents to take viewings on our behalf, which was a great help. A big thank you to all the team in Walter Road branch. Good morning, Its such a shame to hear that you are having issues getting through to our Swansea sales team now also. Just to confirm the Swansea number is 01792 646060 (option 1 for sales) or you could email them directly on sw@dawsonsproperty.co.uk. I have spoken with the manager Kerry who confirms whilst they are receiving a high volume of calls at present due to the current situation we have not received any messages from you directly to be able to call you back. Whilst we had issues previously when you were unable to contact our Morriston team these have been resolved so would really appreciate if you could provide us with some feedback as to what happens when you call either number and when you left a message so we can ask our IT team to look into this. We strive to ensure we provide all our customers with the best possible service and most certainly would not respond out of choice. From the beginning when they came to value the house to the sale at auction I was made aware of everything that was happening. Even to the follow up call after the auction. Very professional.
