Went above and beyond....

We were fortunate to find a buyer via word of mouth, so we didn't have an estate agent ourselves. Unfortunately, our Buyers Solicitor and Our Solicitor were extremely slow, and I constantly had to chase them for an update - my phone calls would usually go unanswered. We purchased an apartment through Dawsons, and we were very impressed with their efficiency. We were able to view the apartment twice in a week, when we wanted to, On top of that, Lisa, Kelly and Viv always answered my emails, and answered my phone calls & queries as soon as they could. Without them chasing the Solicitors up for me ( something they did not have to do for us since they weren't involved in the Sale of our house ) the move would have taken twice as long. I knew I could rely on them to help out and give advise. My father and I cannot thank them enough for their help, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Sale of Marina Apartment

We sold our apartment via Dawsons. Initially Lisa marketed the property and following the receipt of an offer on the property a few months later, the sale was managed by Viv Jones. Whilst the sale took longer than expected,with delays from various Authroities and management Companies, I found both Lisa & Viv very patient and helpful. They managed the sale efficiently, keeping me informed of all developments and giving matters a helping push when necessary. I was very pleased with the service offered by Dawsons.

Outstanding, Caring, professional services beyond expectation

We have had quite a few dealings with estate agents over a thirty year period as we have had to buy and sell property seven times. Dawson's Marina take first prize for all the qualities you hope for in estate agents but rarely receive, i.e. Excellent service, competence, personal caring. We dealt primarily with Lisa Davies who became a mainstay for us in finding a property, viewing properties, and being generally helpful and kind. She even picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the property we eventually negotiated to buy when our car broke down. Viv, the manager of Dawson's, was also greatly helpful in talking to us on the phone, submitting our offer, and coordinating with our solicitor. They both proved to be quite exceptional in ther compassion when I became quite ill and had delays and difficulties in completing. So we are more than pleased and grateful and would recommend this branch of Dawson's to anyone.

Lisa Davies and Kelly Israel from Dawson's Swansea Marina office have been fantastic. I met them to view a property, but it didn't have all the features I was looking for. Lisa inquired as to what was my wish list and said there was a property coming on the market that I should see. When I viewed the property, I loved it and put an offer in which was accepted the same day. Continued improvement over the past 6 years.

Very effective sale of a difficult property

A sale of the flat was always going to be difficult in view of a dispute between the builder and the leaseholders. The flat was valued realistically in view of the difficulties, and Dawsons provided a skilful service in finding buyers who understood the nature of the sale. Some were clearly "bottom fishers", but an offer was accepted at the asking price. Dawsons helped to steer the sale to a successful conclusion. All staff were helpful and responsive, although sometimes a little reactive.

I was looking to move somewhere within the Marina area and quite quickly. Laura made it so easy, and effort free that i had the keys in my hand within the week after the first viewing. After first meeting me, and showing me around 2 marina based apartments, Laura gauged my personality and taste down to a T. She told me about one apartment that was nearly ready for viewings and she would get in touch with me. A day later she managed to get me a viewing... it was perfect.
