GoogleGary was great. He valued my property and had it on the market straight away. I had a choice of tenants. The whole process was smooth. A year later and Gary has arranged a rent increase with my tenant for me. Fantastic. Would definitely use him again.

Googlei found Shannon from the Swanley branch very helpful & polite. she was repeatedly punctual during viewings and was very professional in her approach. Shannon managed to find me several properties and in the end found the perfect property which fit all my criteria especially in my requirements where cleanliness is key And i appreciate Shannon due diligence.

GoogleAwful would not use the estate agent purely out of principal. Jane in sales is particularly rude and not a helpful happy sales agent that you would expect. Worst of all don’t ask her questions as she will give you a sarcastic answer! Think she should consider a job where she doesn’t have to deal with the public

GoogleJayne Dillon in the Swanley branch was fantastic. Sold my house within 2 months for a good price. She was always on the other end of the phone to help with any queries and made the whole experience easy. Would recommend her if you want to sell your property fast and for a good price.

GoogleHave worked with Mann for many years, they always get me the best people for my property. I find everyone in the office a big help and nothing is ever too much trouble. My rent is always paid on time, the back office side of things is always up to date. 10/10
