GoogleWe have been involved in a dozen or so property transactions over the last few years. The team at James Pyle are the best estate agents we have dealt with. Professional throughout from initial valuation, pictures, sales visits and follow up. They are the only agent we have used who chased the process up and down the chain from initial offer through exchange and completion, very tenacious. The others tended to give up after an offer was accepted and rely on us (the client) to chase things to completion. Great service, highly recommended.

GoogleWe found and purchased our house through James Pyle & Co and the whole experience for us was 2nd to none. We viewed several properties in our search area through JP & C, every viewing was professionally handled and prepared for. When viewing properties the team were very knowledgeable about the property they have on the market and the local area. Once we found the property we liked the handling and communications through the house purchasing process was also exceptional.

GoogleI expected that being based in London and trying to sell a property in Tetbury during lockdown would be very stressful but Georgina and all the team at James Pyle could not have done more to ensure it was actually a pleasant experience from start to finish. The amazing local knowledge and expertise of the team together with a professional and efficient office ensured the transaction went smoothly. FacebookTo say James Plye and Co are amazing is a complete understatement. Rosie’s support whilst selling my property and buying another one was nothing short of excellence. She was always at the end of the phone to provide advice, support, or just be a shoulder to cry on - and yes I did cry - both happy tears as they sold my property and frustrated tears for my onward very stressful purchase (not through these guys as not in Gloucestershire). They also got me a great price for my home and a lovely buyer too. I honestly can’t recommend James Plye & Co enough. Thank you for such an incredible service.
