GoogleDealt with the James Pyle team over the last year whilst looking for house in the Cotswolds. Whilst we ended up buying via another agent, our whole experience of James Pyle was outstanding, whether it be dealing with James, Rosie or Ollie they always went out of their way to help, came back quickly on queries, nothing was too much trouble and stood out in their service delivery. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI could not fault the professionalism and expertise of the team at James Pyle. Rosie Pyle single handedly saved our chain from collapsing at various points after issues at the top and bottom of the chain arose. She seemed to do not just her job, but that of most other agents in the chain! I have no doubt that without her efforts we would not be happily settled in our new home. She was always an absolute pleasure to talk to and certainly saved our sanity. The quality of photography and details produced was also faultless. We wholeheartedly recommend James Pyle & Co if you are considering a move.

GoogleI initially appointed James Pyle & Co to find tenants for a rental property. They found the right tenants quickly and were very professional and helpful. A few years later we decided to sell the property and, again, I found that everyone at James Pyle & Co were absolutely dedicated to sale, keeping us informed at all stages and managing the respective solicitors to push things forward in an active manner. They acted equally as well on my behalf as well as the vendors and kept me informed of any involvement with either party or our legal representatives. I would highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them if I was to sell my property in the future. Throughout the sale process they worked tirelessly (often well outside normal working hours), dealing with all that was thrown at them in relation to the pandemic. Feedback and communication was superb, often something than can be lacking with house dealing. The photography for advertising demonstrated attention to detail, and they even came out a second time due to the season change after the first lock down to update photos. Ultimately they achieved exactly what we were looking for; a reliable buyer who was able to move within the timescales we needed to move to our chosen new home.
