We initially tried to sell our house through social media but were unsuccessful. We also tried Purple Bricks but they too had no joy at securing a buyer. To be honest, we were only trying to save money but in the process all we did was lose a lot of time! After consideration we decided to put our house in the hands of the professionals, our local estate agent, James Pyle and Co, and wow, what a difference they made. The whole team were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Every part of our move was completely stress free. Just simply dealing with human beings rather than mouse clicks makes all the difference. We could just sit back and let them do what they do best. They provided high quality photos, accompany all viewings so develop a really good understanding of the buyers needs. They kept us up to speed with feedback and updates without any prompting. We were delighted with the outcome and now have a real appreciation of the value of what a local agent can bring. We couldn't recommend James Pyle highly enough.
