Actually, even before that!, as their website had the most amazing video of the property we were interested in as well as thorough specs and images. At the viewing, we were met by Ollie who showed us around and answered all our questions including nosey ones like was there ever flooding or how nice the neighbours were. Once we'd decided to put in an offer, Ollie kept us informed and throughout the conveyancing process we got regular updates and advice from the James Pyle team. Their negotiating skills enabled me to achieve the best possible price. Someone is always available to take your call, whether this is Sam or Ollie- everyone within the team is well informed regarding your position and can update you accordingly. Throughout the process, Rosie and Sam and Co were unfailingly professional, not only in the way they kept us up-to-date with developments, but also in how they proactively worked to brainstorm ideas to get the deal over the line. The bottom of a property chain can be a lonely place, but James Pyle ensured we had a happy ending.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a house through James Pyle & Co which was literally only on the market for a few days before we snapped it up. From day one they were really great, we had a viewing set up straight away and were flexible in arranging this, we then offered full asking price and had the wheels in motion in just 20 minutes after our viewing. Throughout the whole process everyone we have ever spoken to in the office have been helpful and polite. In particular Georgina, she was great in giving us advice with getting our mortgage and dealing with our solicitors and advising on likely timescales to ensure no hold ups. Even when things got a little heated with a chap further up the chain, James stepped in and completely calmed a situation which could have easily escalated and delayed the transaction. If you are looking for an outstanding and friendly service, you will do very well to beat James Pyle & Co!

GoogleI recently sold my cottage on the Cotswold Edge using the services of James Pyle & Co. Having put it on the market with two other local estate agents immediately prior to using James Pyle & Co, I can only commend the latter for an infinitely better experience ! They were prompt, realistic, efficient and friendly, and made the whole transaction run as smoothly as could be expected. Indeed, the contrast with the two previous agents could not have been greater. All the staff at James Pyle's kept abreast of my sale, and offered an exemplary service, no matter who you spoke to. Moreover, being a local estate agent, the staff had a great current knowledge of the local area, especially the villages, which assisted in the efficient and expedient progression of the sale.
