GoogleFrom start to finish we couldn't have asked for a better experience buying through James Pyle. It was apparent that so much care went into the service at every step. Rosie was so quick to reassure us along the way with any queries, she really went the extra mile, and at each of our viewings we really appreciated Ollie's warmth and friendliness. I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleBrilliant service provided by James and the team from start to finish. They kept in regular contact throughout and always went the extra yard in what were very testing market conditions. Special mention to Sam who was an absolute star, providing weekly updates and always being on hand to support when things weren’t going to plan. Would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleWe recently purchased our home through James Pyle & Co. Exceptional from start to finish, professional yet personable, organised, engaging and communicated well with all involved. Ollie was fantastic when we viewed, he was great at showing the property and also informative about the local area. Once the purchase was underway Sam made every effort to keep the chain together and to guide the process towards completion. GoogleFrom my initial call to your office, the lady was so helpful when I called her almost at closing time asking about properties and areas. I later made appointments to view quite a few properties and met Ollie. I warmed to Ollie immediately, he has been so helpful and honest with his advice regarding properties in the area (with plenty of giggles along the way). He has been professional with the interests of both the sellers and myself. I would not hesitate in using the services of James Pyle, from what I have experienced regarding the professionalism, you are head and shoulders above other estate agents I have dealt with - I think I can give that opinion having sold four properties in less than 12 months with all different agents.

GoogleJames Pyle & Co. was the selling agent for the property we bought. We were overseas when the process began, and James personally ensured we were kept up with developments in the process. He was patient, and acted as a fair and reasonable conduit of information between seller and buyer. The whole process was smooth and quick. James Pyle & Co. were good to work with, and would be our preferred agent should we choose to sell (they will have to wait a long time!).

GoogleThroughout the buying process we were helped by Ollie, Sam and Rosie at various points. At an extremely time pressured and busy time, a complicated situation and with us being very green first time buyers I have no doubt that their hearts sank when my name popped up in their inbox (with irritating regularity). GoogleIt took us a long time to sell but the team at James Pyle & Co were always polite, responsive and pro-active. Ollie seemed to look for opportunities to counter objections and promote the house. Georgina took time out to update when things were slow. Kirsten was always a delight on the phone. Sam, Nic and James all helped and Rosie took great photos. The only improvement I would suggest is to have been more blunt with us at the beginning to get the property market ready. After we did a bit of redecorating we had more positive feedback and could tell that had helped. Overall I don’t think you could choose a better agent. Thank you James Pyle & Co!

GoogleWe recently sold our family home of 70 years with James and his team, our first experience of an estate agent as you can probably guess. They took us every step of the way. Kirsten was always at hand providing weekly updates on the progress of the sale and even our forward purchase. Over time we spoke and dealt with all of the team, who were always very professional and reassuring even wishing us Merry Christmas as the process spanned the festive season. We would happily recommend James and his team to other potential buyers/sellers.

GoogleI can recommend James Pyle & Co without hesitation. All members of the team act conscientiously and sympathetically. They kept me informed and updated throughout the sale of our property. They chased solicitors and communicated regularly with our buyers. Honestly they are fantastic, they knock spots off any other estate agent I have used in the past.
