Just wanted to heap praise on the the entire team at James Pyle & Co for the successful sale of our Tetbury house. From the start James's initial valuation was "spot on". Rosie Harland's exquisite photographs and draft brochure did the house justice. In summary, having used several agents over the years, James Pyle is way ahead of the rest in terms of expertise, professionalism, enthusiasm and communication. His weekly calls coupled with great feedback from the support team of Rosie Pyle, Sam and Ollie were invaluable. At the end he dealt with competing buyers very well indeed. The team at James Pyle have been excellent. Nic as our primary contact has been brilliant throughout what has been an extremely difficult sale. As issues arose Nic was always there to help and advise, and helped calm nerves when needed. For example Nic even attended a Sunday meeting so as to be fully aware of issues affecting the sale. Ollie was also involved and was excellent throughout, understanding our needs keeping an eye on the market to meet our specific needs. I think we all agreed it was going to be a challenge selling our property as it was a mix of commercial and residential.....and it was. A very professional and personal service from all who work with James. The never say die attitude and the weekly updates are a great boost when things fell apart. The final phase when you did some back checking, looking at chain lengths made the decision to accept a slightly lower the correct thing to do. I am rubbish at remembering names but everyone at James Pyle & Co has my thanks. A little special thanks to Ollie who did a lot of the viewing. His very local knowledge was a great help. Sorry this review has taken a few weeks but the boxes needed emptying  and I’d lost my reading glasses. Thanks again.

Generally estate agents get a bad name but the team at James Pyle break the mould. James himself is clear and straight talking and extremely professional. He's got the balance right between friendliness and professionalism. Ollie is a sweetheart is conscientious giving me regular friendly updates. He went the extra mile when I was away when he came to let the surveyor in on his day off. Kirsten took on the job when it was clear some negotiation was needed. We recently bought a property from James Pyle, everybody we dealt with was very helpful and promptly returned phone calls or emails. We were kept updated at every stage of the process, which was very much appreciated. An unexpected problem occurred on the morning of completion, whereby our Vendors Solicitors were unable to check that our funds were actually in their Bank Account due to an online banking glitch. When our Solicitors informed us of the problem, I contacted Sam at James Pyle and asked her if she could try and sort out the problem. She immediately promised to do so and then phoned us back a short time later to say the matter had been resolved. We can completely and unreservedly recommend James Pyle and would have no hesitation in using their services to market a property in the future.
