TrustpilotJulie bramble
Julie bramble, was extremely helpful throughout a very difficult sale of our home. We had the worlds most difficult buyers but Julie was very patient with me calling regularly for updates and tried her best to get our buyers and their solicitors to complete things in a reasonable time frame.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat with Cubitt & West in Sutton. Let me tell you what good fortune it was to have such an Agent. Everyone we encountered along the process was nothing but pleasant - there is a deeply embedded genuine care with which this team operates. Kurran and Tamsin were exemplars of this and highly skilled operators whose involvement certainly helped a great deal at critical moments. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with C&W to be honest - strongly recommend their services!
Dear Gareth Many thanks for taking the time to leave such a positive review about Kurran, Tamsin and indeed the whole team. They all do genuinely care and strive to do their best in getting you to where you want to be. Thank you very much for the strong recommendation and good luck for the future. GoogleI recently had a valuation visit from Katie at Cubitt and West from the Sutton Branch. The appointment was very thorough and professionally delivered but also with a friendly and approachable manner. Katie was exceptional in providing a solid evidence based valuation on the property with producing many examples of comparable properties. This illustrated a good knowledge of the sales market which was backed up with sound knowledge of local area. Follow up conversations were informative without any element of hard selling, complimented with a great summary email of the initial visit. Recommend 100%.
Dear Robert Many thanks for taking the time to give Katie at our Sutton branch a glowing review. Katie has been with us for a number of years now in her senior role and strives to be professional and knowledgeable at all times. She will be very pleased with your review and high recommendation. We wish you all the best for the future. Kind regards Becky Jennings Operations Director, Cubitt & West

The flat was on the market in no time and I got an offer from the first viewing 3 days later! Both Nic and Katie were very helpful throughout the process and were doing everything to get me the best offer. Communication was smooth, I would recommend them to anyone!
