Big shout out to Thomas Goodchild (of lettings and customer care) who is always there when I need him. Last time it was my shower and this time (through no fault of my own) it was my engagement ring that fell down the drain. I was absolutely devastated and so I got through to Thomas who called me to arrange the plumber to come as quickly as he can. Within a day the swift arrangements were made and then Thomas also phoned me after to check that everything had been sorted out for me. I'm so grateful for him always being on hand to sort out all my maintenance issues whenever I have any. He's awesome. Thank you so much for all the excellent service you have provided!

The sales team were efficient and communicated well during viewings. After a quick sale Julie oversaw the progress of the chain and kept us regularly informed. Moving is a difficult experience and Cubitt made it as stress free as possible, would recommend to anyone selling their home.

GoogleI had a really positive experience with Julia from Cubitt & West (Sutton).
Over the course of two days, I viewed 12 apartments with 8 different agents, and Julia was by far the best. She is experienced, friendly, and confident, and very easy to talk to. What stood out most was her approach, she was proactive and engaged, but never made me feel pressured or stressed, which I really appreciated.
She didn’t just walk me through the property itself, but also gave helpful insights about the wider area, which made a big difference when trying to make decisions.
Although I didn’t end up purchasing the apartment she showed me, I genuinely appreciated the time and effort she put in. It’s rare to come across an agent who strikes such a good balance between professionalism and approachability, and I felt she truly had my interests in mind.

(The only reason we didn’t continue was due to our sale falling through a few times with another agent & therefore loosing our onward purchase which ment we decided to not sell at that point) We got back in touch with Katie where she and her team took amazing care of our house sale. She attended our home and gave an honest appraisal of our home she had great ideas about how we go about marketing the property to its fullest potential. We worked together with Katie & Esme in particular. The communication at every point was absolutely on point we have always felt like everything was done to keep us abreast of the ongoing progress of the sales process. When we gained an offer the sales progression team in particular Tamsin took excellent care of us liaising between us, our buyer & our sellers estate agent and all solicitors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Communication from Tamsin was also very helpful and made us feel very confident about the process.
We have managed a successful house sale & purchase which was managed expertly by the team.

From the intial valuation that was done by Katie to the viewings that was handled by Esme and finally Tamzin (absolute star) who assisted with the sales progession, the team was professional, responsive and proactive.
They handled viewings smoothly, negotiated brilliantly on my behalf, and guided me through the final stages with complete professionalism. The level of care they put into the whole process was commendable.
Our journey was a bit chaotic given our long chain and difficult buyers but Tamzin was so supportive and was such a pleaure to work with. She always went above and beyond to assist. In fact, i was probably one of her most difficult clients and she never made me feel like I was burdening her.
The level of care that the team put into the whole process honestly made the expereince so much better. Their advice and attention to detail was first rate from start to finish. They never tried blinding me with science and, when the sale hit a few 'bumps in the road' (not of their making), they offered me clear advice and set out the position as they saw it. I also welcomed their role in co-ordinating the sales process overall. At the outset of the process I thought this role would be largely superfluous, in that the buyer's and seller's sides would be co-ordinating matters anyway. In the event however it proved a valuable and reassuring backup.

The Cubitt & West branch we used were absolutely fantastic. Always there when we needed them and always the most helpful, especially when we had any questions or issues. My only personal issue with the company would be their use of a certain solicitors. I was deeply unhappy with their recommendation of solicitors who they recommended. You may say that I could have got my own but at that moment, being a first time buyer, I felt very much pushed into that choice. Things were great with the company themselves though. We were assigned Julie to help us and she's been absolutely spectacular. The amount of calls I've made to her to moan is frankly ridiculous but shes always been there to help, to explain what's going on and why, and to be that voice of reason when we needed it most. Very happy to have worked with her and if the review was just for her, it would have been an easy 5*!
