Google5 star experience from start to finish. Joe was amazing in assisting us in finding our first property together.he knew exactly what we wanted and was able to find it for us. GoogleI didn't have a great experience as a first time buyer who was unfortunately a bit ignorant. I felt pressured into buying and as a result I didn't conduct enough research. The flat was on the market for over a year which in retrospect was a warning sign. It's a lovely, small flat but came with a lot of big issues like no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom as well as very low water pressure. This was very challenging and in the end we had to buy a compeltelt new water system. Additionally, the radiators in the bedroom didn't work and was very expensive to replace. Finally, there was a hole in the exterior of the property which allowed birds to nest in my attic and disturb my sleep. I was desperate to get onto the property ladder and I feel I was taken advantage of because of my inexperience. Big lesson learned 💯
