The whole team at the Wallington branch have been very helpful in the process of selling my property so far. In particular, Lauren, Lewis and Dane have gone out of their way to make arranging viewings as convenient as possible and have been very attentive in making sure I've been kept up to date with feedback. The preview marketing they did for the property was valuable to help calibrate and maximise profile once it went online.

Before using Cubitt & West estate agent in wallington I was with another local estate agent and after getting hardly any views or feedback and waiting for months to sell our property we gave up and took it off the market as we were just not getting anywhere. After a few weeks we decided to have another go at selling our property and gave Mark Huxley a call at Cubitt & West (Wallington) and arranged an appointment for him to come round for a chat. On arrival Mark gave us a full rundown of the local Market and what expenses I would be paying for his services and what he intended to do sell our property. To be honest I wasn’t totally convinced because some of the promises that were made were the same promises I had heard from the other agent and they left almost everything to me. We decided to give Mark a try as he seemed very sure he could deliver on his promises and even though I had my doubts I thought let’s give him a go. Anyway within a few hours of signing on the dotted line i received a call from Mark and his staff saying that they had already arranged 5 viewings over the next couple of days which surprised me as this was a lot more than I thought we would get in such a short time. To cut a long story short Mark didn’t just keep his word he did a lot better, he got us full asking price and helped us dealing with our purchase of our new home. As we are still in the process of buying and selling we are still in regular contact with the guys at Cubitt & West and so far they have been great, I genuinely take my hat off to them and would recommend them to anyone who’s thinking about moving home. Selling our flat has been a bit of a rollercoaster and not easy for us, but Hannah from Cubitt and West has been amazing the whole way through. She has been kind and especially patient throughout - she never made me feel like I was being a stress head (even though I was!).
