GoogleI was very annoying with this agent. I was waiting for over 15 minutes the staff and we did not view the property eventually because the staff didn't bring the key. So she said we needed to wait to enter the property for 45 minutes. we cancelled. So I was waste time....

GoogleUnfortunately I have to give a low rating & really ask you to look at the relationship you have with JS Law.
We went with them as they were a recommendation from Cubitt & West leading to a very stressful & long process.

GoogleLETTINGS - They never answer the phone, respond to voicemails or even reply to emails. I've been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks about a property I'm really interested in. I've had no luck!

People working there not helpful and they are nice just before you pay deposit after no one cares about you and no one knows anything.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
