The property I sold had a number of issues proving difficult to sell, they assisted me through the whole process letting builders in for me assisting me in getting quotes and a number of other things that go beyond what an estate agent I thought would ever do. GoogleI have nothing but praise for the staff at Andrews Wallington. I was selling a flat that needed a lot of work to bring it up to standard and Andrews were very careful and selective with viewings letting people know at the outset. Janine Arnold who was my first contact gave me good advice regarding the sale and she and other staff at the branch kept me up to date regarding viewings and offers and were extremely helpful .

Apathetic, duplicitous, Avoid! As a tenant they were apathetic towards any issues with the property resulting in several weeks without hot water, or working toilet. After ending my tenancy they used deceitful and duplicitous tactics to drive down the amount of the deposit to be returned. I cannot stress enough how Important it is for tenants to avoid this company
