Anita gave a 100 percent to help us with the purchase of Cherry Cottage, we used a solicitor she recommended and helped with the vetting process with things we needed help with, made herself available for any questions we had, chasing all aspects of the sale to keep us on track. The property was vacant and we moved in , within five weeks from the initial viewing, a lot of which was down to Anita. She made provision for us to visit the property on a bank holiday to measure up for furniture ect. Also she was a genuine bridge between us and the seller for information and advice, without it feeling as a them and us situation. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Would give 10 stars if it was an option! Excellent service, did what other bigger agents couldn't and got my property sold. Adverts are excellent with the little videos and drone footage which you don't see with most other agents. Friendly, reliable agent who is very responsive to all calls and texts, and go above and beyond to help where possible. I now recommend Emma and co to anyone who says they are looking to sell.

The Avenue have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on the sale of our property. Jack, Laura & Holly kept us well informed throughout and took the hassle away by giving us regular updates and conducting all viewings. The media work and presentation of the house by Ben was superb. The house was presented online immaculately (so good I wanted to re-buy it myself!!) and definitely drove the timely sale of the property. We used Lee Holman at The Avenue Estate Agents to sell our house in Harlow after having shocking customer service with another agency. From start to finish Lee was professional and understanding of our situation. Videos and images were taken of our house which looked amazing. An offer was accepted within days and Lee set out to make the whole process as stress free as possible. There were some hic ups along the way from our buyers and sellers but Lee reassured us at every point explaining the process and making sure we were happy. Lee went above and beyond to make sure our house sold as quickly as possible and we were over the moon with the whole experience. Lee is an asset to the company and we couldn't recommend him enough.

Without Jack @ the avenue we could not have completed. Jack was amazing from day one. He valued our house in an evening that was convenient for us, the marketing was great and we had an offer agreed for £15,000 more than what we expected. Then after down valuations from the property I was buying, appealing the valuations, dealing with poor solicitors & estate agents in the chain (chain of 6), Jack was ensuring things kept on moving. He was always an available point of contact, he consistently went above and beyond what other estate agents did (my 3rd house purchase so I know how poor the service can be from some estate agents) to ensure we got to sell our house and move into our new home. No need for a high street estate agent when Jack can offer a bespoke service that’s there for you from day one to completion.

The Avenue is all you could want in an estate agent. I first met Jack when he was conducting viewings on a very busy open day at a property. He remained professional and friendly (despite him juggling 16 viewings that day) and has fought my corner to get my dream property. Jack has been a fantastic estate agent to work with right from the first viewing through to the completion date. He has been easy to contact via phone, text or email and was happy to speak after normal working hours. He has always been honest and open, and been an great intermediary between us, the buyers, and the vendors. We had complete trust in him to communicate with our vendors during the negotiation process. Unlike large estate agencies, Jack personally dealt with our purchase and regularly checked on the progress of the sale with both sets of solicitors. He also put us in touch with a new and equally excellent local removals company which took bookings at very short notice. We have been very impressed with his commitment, passion and professionalism and we wish him every success in growing his relatively new business. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending him as your estate agent.
