The team, particularly Jack, Laura, and Ben, went above and beyond.Ben, the photographer, was the first to impress us. He captured some of the most incredible photographs of our property. We were guided through a difficult process for us with great understanding and held our hands every step of the way, nothing was to much trouble. We were always kept right up to date and all phone calls or WhatsApp enquiries were always answered promptly. It started with brilliant advice on how to present our home and the photos and video were amazing. The WhatsApp group that was set up for our address was inspirational because if we had any queries we just added it to the group and someone answered. Jack also liaised with our buyer to answer his questions and reassure him. If we ever sold again (which I’m hoping we won’t lol) we would not hesitate to use Jack and his team at The Avenue. We used Martin Kent from The Avenue Estate Agents to sell our home, and we could not have asked for a better service. We were planning a house move to West Midlands from out of the region. It was quite a daunting task considering we had to move not only our home but also schools and jobs. Jack helped us immensely on our purchase side with property searches and guided us though the process as we were new to the region. We had a private deal on our sale side and Jack even helped at that end to smoothen the process. When there were some issues that needed to be sorted with solicitors, Jack was very proactive to procure the needed documents to allow the whole chain to progress in a timely fashion. Overall very impressed with The Avenues Estate Agents and would highly recommend them. Really disappointing service from Jack and Sam at the Sutton branch. They showed a clear lack of understanding when it came to handling my referencing, particularly around self-employment and how income is verified through accountants. Despite having two years rent readily available in my savings, an impeccable credit rating, and over 25 years of consistent work history, my financial position was not acknowledged nor did he return my phone calls. To make matters worse, Sam cancelled without rearranging a viewing. Week's later and several rent reductions later the property is still sat idle losing rent for the landlord. Guess it's not his loss.
