The Best Estate Agents In The Midlands

Outstanding service from Liam Bent and the team at The Avenue. 5 stars is not enough! From start to finish, Liam was extremely friendly, professional and communicative. There was no hard sell and Liam’s experience of the property market was invaluable during the initial viewing period. From professional videography, rendered listing photos and open house events, Liam and the team ensured the listing was to the highest standard (and trust me it was). We had so much interest, it was incredible. Once the offer was accepted, the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Liam kept us informed throughout the whole process, communicating with what turned out to be quite a complicated chain. Without their investigative determination we would not have known what was happening. Thanks to their knowledge and guidance, we have completed successfully. Highly recommended! Thank you all at The Avenue - you have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I’ll definitely be using your services on our next property adventure :)

Emily - Wow!!

My flat in Solihull had been on the market with another agent for some time with no luck, then a friend suggested I try The Avenue estate agents, most specifically with Emily. Wow, am I glad I did! Emily is professional, friendly and probably the most positive person I've ever met. On first meeting Emily, I knew if anyone could sell my flat, Emily could. Everyone was approachable, really kind and super professional from the minute we spoke on the phone to arrange a viewing to our completion day. Friendly, experienced and Knowledgeable

From the first point of contact through to moving day, Emma managed the whole process efficiently and was very helpful and proactive when any issues arose. Amazing service every step of the way!

Being the first time we had sold a house, we wanted to be sure that we worked with estate agents that we could trust and that would help guide us through the sometimes complicated process of selling. From the moment that we started talking with the Avenue and from looking at the quality of listings we knew that they were the estate agents for us.From beginning to end the service was amazing and the whole team constantly went above and beyond in the process of selling. The effort that James and the team put into the listings is a step above everyone else, with amazing photos, guided walkthroughs and bespoke videos - We were blown away by how professional the content was and how good they’d made our house look! Once the listing was live Hayley would give us regular updates on how our property was performing in terms of interest and enquires. All updates were shared in a WhatsApp group and the team were always so prompt whenever we asked a question. Ella ran most of our viewings and was amazing, she’d give us regular updates on how the viewings had gone and any feedback that came through.We can’t speak highly enough of the whole team that we dealt with at the Avenue and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. The Best Around!!!!

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Emma and Helen from the Avenue for taking care of the sale of my mom's house. They were not only professional, but efficient and innovative from beginning to end. I had 4 estate agents in to value her house and The Avenue were head and shoulders above the "usual suspects" as in the time and effort that goes into a valuation let alone when they start advertising it. They have a clientele base which they understand fully and know who is looking for what kind of property and tailor this information to offer them the house they require. The advertising is second to none for me, from the house video being posted on various media platforms and all different estate agent sites to drone footage of the property from above.I would and already have recomended these to everyone who I come into contact with who's selling a house. Couldn’t be happier with the service…

Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by the Avenue Estate Agents with James and Hayley so far. We’re around 6 weeks into the process and they sold our house within the first few days, during the first viewing! This was after James and Hayley both spent lots of time with us in person and over the phone explaining the process and their communication with us has been excellent throughout. The photos, videos and social media content is brilliant and they clearly take a lot of pride in working with their customers. Ella has been great too with booking us in for viewings at our new home pretty much whenever we requested, giving us as much time as we needed to have a look around and Nicole has been very proactive in the sales progression and has keep us up to date with any new information and developments.
