Modern Estate agent who meet customer needs

From the start they offer a modern selling experience with in-depth knowledge of pricing current market. the use of video drones and social media really helped to produce a quality video and pictures. as well as honest advice on little things to improve to sell the house. really worked we sold our house after a month having been on the market with previous agent for over 6 months with no viewings . the whole team worked hard and setup WhatsApp chat where we could communicate and get quick responses. would highly recommend them.

If only we had found Martin sooner!

We appointed Martin to sell our property in April 2024 after traditional high street estate agents had let us down.Martin was a breath of fresh air - down to earth, friendly, and honest.We went from no viewings in months to multiple viewings week in week out. This was no doubt thanks to the excellent methods he uses to market properties - using a professional photographer and the use of drones to really capture the landscape and showcase our property. He attended every single viewing himself - traditional estate agents either made us do the viewings, or sending someone with no knowledge of the area or property.Without a doubt I would have no hesitations in recommending Martin if you’re considering selling. You get an extremely personal and very professional service, you will continually be kept up to date, even outside office hours, Martin goes above and beyond to get your property sold!! Marketing is first class and we had more viewing via The Avenue than previous estate agents. Photos are fabulous, including the aerial views. We met Martin when he hosted a mornings viewings on a property we were interested in. We were impressed that late on the Saturday afternoon he had called us and arranged a viewing on the coming bank holiday morning. Our agents were closed from the Saturday to the Tuesday after the bank holiday! Missed opportunities. We soon changed agents, Martin was friendly, helpful and had contacts to help every element of the selling and moving process. He dealt with viewings, which is far better than doing them yourself! And he was happy to be there, he knows how to sell! He sold our home within 2 weeks of it going on the market with him, 4 months after the initial agency listed it. If we do move again, we will go to Martin again. Highly recommended!

Henry has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process of selling our home. Showing professionalism and adaptability at every turn. He has also been easily contactable everyday and made us aware of any times he might not be as available. From our very first meeting with Henry he showed his professionalism as he came prepared with history of the house and houses of a similar size that have sold or on the market in the area. He spent over an hour getting to know us both and what drew us to the house in the first place. He was also very detailed when giving us a valuation and he displayed confidence in his pricing of the home and the suggested £220k asking price. We eventually sold for £215k and this was £25k more than other estate agents suggested we could get for the house. Henry has made the whole process run so smoothly and even spoke to solicitors on our behalf to get updates and chase up status of all the checks. Without any doubt we recommend Henry to be the go to guy and will be suggesting him to all friends and family that maybe looking to sell their homes.

The Avenue were exceptional from start to finish regardless of the time of day or indeed night. Everything explained to us perfectly in clear understandable format along with humour. A new and diverse way of marketing a property being made to feel very personal not just as a seller but also for the buyers. Our buyer even said they felt that The Avenue were selling their own property not ours. We felt valued every step of the way and fully informed very efficiently at every moment.The photography and videos created of our home were very professional making our property outshine others in our market place without resorting to camera and filter tricks as many do.The work The Avenue does in the background to facilitate a smooth selling process and secure the best price for your property cannot be underestimated. They sold our property in 3 weeks and attracted a higher price than we expected.We would highly recommend James, Hayley, Ella & Nicole , who oversees the progression, to all of our friends and family.
