A steady Ship in Choppy waters. When you use an agent to Market and hopefully sell your house you expect the process to be managed and the stress of a sale and move to be reduced. That's exactly what Jack, Laura and Steph did. Having contacted Jack to review what he thought we could potentially sell our home for, The Avenue once given the green light, had it on the Market and viewing requests flying in. The quality of their photographs and marketing information was second to none and definitely helped in the property standing out on the market. From here the amazing Laura stepped in to showcase our home to potential buyers by conducting viewings. Lauras personality definitely suits this role with her knowledge, professionalism and approchability adding to her already high level skill set. Once we were able to agree a sale we were unfortunately brought back down to earth with numerous parties pulling out without explanation or other communication. This was very disheartening and added to stress levels for me and my family. However the professionalism of The Avenue was paramount to this sale process. They had the house back on the market and tweaked the demographic of potential buyers. This was key as it meant buyers with sales or cash purchases in place would be prioritised. Once a new potential buyer was found The Avenue introduced Steph to the process who manages the after sales element. She was instrumental in getting the smaller details over the line and was a good liason with the solicitors. All in all Jack and his Team will definitely see you to the end of the process and not leave you going around and around in circles. So if you want a business who is interested in you and your requirements then save yourself the hassle of searching and speak to The Avenue.

I initially had my property valued by one agent, I heard about Jacks new venture with The Avenue estate agents and messaged him and he was so efficient in his services. Came to value my property the day after out of working hours to make it convenient for me. He was there all through the sale, through every stage, the photos and videos and outstanding amount of detail in the ad was why I ended up with a fully booked open day. Jacks strategy is great, An open day where I just go out for the day and leave him to it. Also, this is great for buyers as they get the open day to view usually on a weekend which is convenient for most people and don't lose out due to viewings earlier in the week. Jack has been nothing but professional, helpful and gets the job done. He really knows the industry and has an outstanding way of advertising property and from what Ive seen every-time gets it sold over asking price. The Avenues ads are top standard and the service I receive from Jack is top notch. He is still helping me through the solicitor process which most agents don’t do. I really appreciate your help Jack. Moving house is ment to be one of the most stressful time in your life, which is true but Jack and his team from The Avenue certainly helped us with through this period of time! I invited Jack at the Avenue as he had sold a house in the next road and when seeing his board of course i had a nosey and I was very impressed at what I saw. I had several other agents to come round and to quote and just found them to be very typical and from previous experience with my daughter recently buying I wanted to choose very carefully. At the Avenue you get something very different a very high quality marketing, video tour, photographs and drone views Jack even gives ideas of accessories to be placed around the home. My sale took the fist viewing and had several lined up. From the first time that we met Jack to the time of sale to the time of near completion which is next week, Jack has been there for us all along the way, chasing solicitors, chasing vendors agent, listening to me stressed and worried. He has answered phone calls and messages out of hours and has given us his advise. Jack is excellent at what he does and the passion and his expertise shines through.
