GoogleWe tried two of the largest, traditional local agents to sell our mother's house. Both displayed little enthusiasm and seemed to employ staff with limited knowledge of how to sell a property. Moving to The Avenue was a very different experience. Some of the initial sales talk might be vaguely grating but once they start work the experience is totally different. We never had any doubt that Laura would find a buyer for the property. When the buyer was found, Steph guided all the participants in the chain to the finish line, ensuring everything was done as quickly as possible. The level of staffing and commitment to selling the properties they take on sets The Avenue apart from their local competitors.

GoogleJack and his team sold our house in less than 2 weeks, with amazing photography and videographer. We had a few complications with sellers and Jack kept in constant communication and helped us through. Avenue is slightly more expensive than other competitors, but we found that the premium advertising and personal service is well worth the extra. (They also do a lovely welcome pack!)
