Emma and Helen are a fabulous team. Initially they helped get the property ready to market. Made lots of recommendations about presentation. They created great video footage really showcasing our home along with all the great pictures.Their communication was outstanding. Very detailed, clear and relevant. Sharing market trends and statistics.The viewings were all credible and credit worthy saving any time with time wasting.We couldn't have asked for a more professional organisation that kept our property out there and relevant all the time.I would highly recommend The Avenue led by Emma Nugent to anyone looking to sell their property. I have used Martin Kent 3 times now to sell my home and every time he has provided an honest professional service unlike anything you would get from the high street. After an evaluation Martin will advise the best way to market your property and where to price it. We have had excellent photos that really show off the best of your home along with a video and floor plan, Martin did all the viewings along with feedback and follow up calls. I can’t recommend Martin Kent enough if you want a professional, reliable, honest person dealing with your house move then Martin is your guy!!

Not what we expected! (in a good way) Lee was refreshingly honest and to the point! He gave us a plan and a target (Of being sold in 30 days) Which we quite frankly did not really believe, as we had already heard this from the other 2 estate agents that tried to sell us before! Well, fast forward 18 days, we are now sold, and also have had an offer accepted on our dream home! What can I say! 10/10 Mr Lee Holman! we will never forget the help you gave us! Den & Claire.

I spoke with Natalie Freeman about selling my home. When she came to my house to discuss she had already done a lot of research about the local area and then looked at positive ways to talk to potential buyers using my own experience of living there. I like the way The Avenue use photography and drone cameras. Natalie was positive and enthusiastic throughout and will also do the viewings; it’s great to have one point of contact also during the selling process. If you are considering selling your home The Avenue is definitely worth considering.

Natalie and I had an initial consultation in April about selling our property.I was impressed with her professionalism and local knowledge. She has the understanding that a bespoke approach is needed to get a buyer in this market and she was happy to provide suggestions and advice on how to make the property more marketable in the meantime.We are in the process of making decisions moving forward, but I feel really confident that if we decide to do so, Natalie will put in all the work needed to help us sell. Martin Kent coming into our lives at a time when we were giving up on selling our property, listed it elsewhere before hand and having no joy was a breath of fresh air. From the very first time upon meeting him we felt instantly reasured he was the right man for the job. He did not disapoint! He was so professional, friendly and super helpful at all times , even past working hours if we had worry or question to ask on the progress of the sale. His marketing was superb, with his own photographer who was also a lovely talented man just blew us away. A very customised, and pleasant journey from start to finish ,we knew we had made the right choice choosing Martin kent as our estate agent. We wouldn't bother going elsewhere in the future when we next decide to venture into moving again . Fantastic experience with Emma, first class from the start. After going with a well known agent first, due to them apparently having lots of people in the area interested, 2 months later… nothing. Emma took over and within 2 weeks our house was sold, 3.5 months later we are in our lovely new home. Emma goes the extra mile and always happy to help at any time of day/evening. Would highly recommend Emma she really knows her stuff and is amazing at her job! Thank you so much!
