GoogleCouldn’t recommend the team at The Avenue enough. They are leagues above other estate agents and will always go above and beyond if any problems arise. Jack and the team are professional, reliable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Natalie and I had an initial consultation in April about selling our property.I was impressed with her professionalism and local knowledge. She has the understanding that a bespoke approach is needed to get a buyer in this market and she was happy to provide suggestions and advice on how to make the property more marketable in the meantime.We are in the process of making decisions moving forward, but I feel really confident that if we decide to do so, Natalie will put in all the work needed to help us sell. Her honesty and depth of knowledge was refreshing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to reach out to her if they are thinking of selling their property.

Martin Kent coming into our lives at a time when we were giving up on selling our property, listed it elsewhere before hand and having no joy was a breath of fresh air. From the very first time upon meeting him we felt instantly reasured he was the right man for the job. He did not disapoint! He was so professional, friendly and super helpful at all times , even past working hours if we had worry or question to ask on the progress of the sale. His marketing was superb, with his own photographer who was also a lovely talented man just blew us away. A very customised, and pleasant journey from start to finish ,we knew we had made the right choice choosing Martin kent as our estate agent. We wouldn't bother going elsewhere in the future when we next decide to venture into moving again . He will remain forever in our contacts , not only for when we need his help again , but to pass on to friends , family or anyone wanting to sell their property.Huge thanks to a lovely gentleman and anyone connected to his establishment

GoogleGreat service! Jack sold our house in just over a week unlike our previous agent. The video and excellent pictures really helped I think and the whole service was very professional. Jack went above and beyond in my view. I definitely recommend The Avenue!

Fantastic experience with Emma, first class from the start. After going with a well known agent first, due to them apparently having lots of people in the area interested, 2 months later… nothing. Emma took over and within 2 weeks our house was sold, 3.5 months later we are in our lovely new home. Emma goes the extra mile and always happy to help at any time of day/evening. Would highly recommend Emma she really knows her stuff and is amazing at her job! Thank you so much!

The experience of working with the Avenue was second to none. We would highly recommend them. Jack and the team have be helpful and supportive from start to finish. It took us 8 months for our house to go through. Jack and Victoria were always on hand to answer our enquiries and to reassure us when we thought things were going wrong. We have sold houses before with different companies and have not had this individual approach before. Jack talked us through each stage of the process of selling our house. Ben made our house look like a show house with his photos and video. We sold it on the first set of viewing and over the asking price.

I’ve just completed on my Barn and Henry at The Avenue was instrumental in making this happen. His support and communication throughout the process was really appreciated. He even re-did the photos and videos as he thought they could be improved. We met with Jack from The Avenue when we were selecting estate agent to sell our home, which was a unique barn conversion. After meeting a few agents it was clear that Jack’s approach to the whole process is new, refreshing and very personalised. Jack provided us with guidance and recommendations throughout the process. The Avenue have proposed very detailed and unique marketing strategy and produced high quality marketing content. The sale completed very promptly as we had cash buyers for our property and Jack remained involved throughout and assisted us at every step. When we were dealing with Jack we felt that he was dedicated to provide excellent service and he certainly did that - we can’t recommend Jack and The Avenue enough. The best estate agents around!
