Cannot recommend this team enough! We really had the best experience with them. We are relocating and had a short window of two days to view properties. We saw 7 properties in those two days, one of them being one of their properties and we had also seen two of their properties previously on another visit some months ago. The Avenue were by far the best out of all the estate agents that we dealt with. From the lovely Hayley who I spoke to on the phone and made the booking with. I felt she really listened to me on a completely different level to those others I had spoken to and I genuinely felt like I was talking to a friend and could have chatted to her for hours. To Ella who showed us all of the properties we looked at. Both of these ladies really made us feel like we could ask all the questions we had, take all the time we needed and just genuinely put us at ease. If you are selling or buying get this team on the case, you won’t regret it! Thanks again team. Let’s hope we don’t need to meet again but if we ever move again, I know who we will call!

Emma has a fantastic approach:- the way The Avenue markets the properties is dynamic and creative; her professional yet friendly demeanor builds rapport instantly; we saw her from both a Buyer's and seller's perspective and she is superb. Her attention to detail, her determination to keep a chain moving managing up and down as needed; she is quick to respond to queries, and leaves you in no doubt she "has your back".Absolutely superb; worth every penny. It felt like she kept on top of solicitors and other agents without being aggressive and I swear she is the reason we sold and completed so quickly. Way better than your average "big name" chain estate agents! 5 stars isn't enough!!

My partner and I used Martin Kent’s services, during the recent purchase of our house - and we’re so glad we did! Having experienced a bit of a nightmare with the company selling ours, it gave us some faith that not all estate agents are the same.Martin offers a personalised and friendly service, nothing is too much trouble and it was lovely that he came to our new house in person on moving day to give us our keys.Should we ever move again (although hopefully not for a long time!) we will definitely use him again.Thank you - Nicola and John 👍
