All our dealing with the branch had very helpful friendly staff, often going beyond to assist our needs. keeping us updated and informed at all times, it was our first time to purchase in UK and with all systems being foreign they were very supportive to us as a family. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Laura’s bubbly personality and property expertise made our most recent home viewing a pleasurable experience. No hard sell, no pressure to make a decision - just freedom to roam and all the information we could have needed. A seamless process throughout, would recommend to anyone.

Jack and Holly have been brilliant as estate agents. They tried to trouble shoot and kept me up to date as buyers. Our purchase did take a few months with changing mortgage rates etc but it was helpful to have a joint whatsapp group for regular updates. Thank you to The Avenue!

The Avenue sold our house quickly, using a different approach to the usual estate agents. Jack & Laura have been fabulous & with us at every step. They work well together each being very proficient in their respective departments. Will be recommending The Avenue to anyone that asks!!

Jack came out to visit us to explain how everything would work with selling our house for us, he done everything he says he would & sold it within 48hrs for a lot more than the asking price He does things differently from the usual high street Estate agents & his methods definitely work He is extremely professional & I can highly recommend him/Avenue Estate

Martin Kent, very good agent to sell your house.

We were lucky to have one of the best people to handle the sale of our house in Martin Kent. He was very actively seeking potential clients and arranging viewings, it was just not the right time for our property to sell.

Excellent Estate Agents

Very pleased to have The Avenue as the estate agent dealing with the purchase of my property. They have been very professional and efficient, with excellent communication. Both house tours I took were a pleasure to meet two of their staff. I would have no problem recommending them, and would certainly use them again.

Amazing Service

We viewed a house in Derby, which was being marketed by Ben Dunn. We were so impressed by his knowledge, enthusiasm and ideas about marketing a property, that we decided to relaunch our own sale via Ben at The Avenue.

After 3 months of failing to sell my apartment via another agent I instructed Jack and within a week he had arranged an open day with 9 viewings which resulted in 4 offers, 2 of which were significantly above asking price. Jack offers a unique approach to marketing which has made my property stand out. Excellent service and a great result. Highly recommend!

Thank you Holly and Liam

Holly was extremely helpful and friendly when we were looking to view a property and Liam was good enough to rearrange our viewing time as we were having to drive from Warwickshire and were worried about arriving at the earlier time originally arranged.Thank you to both of them.

Selling family home

From the day The Avenue was instructed to sell the family home of some 60 years until completion, the team went above and beyond to help this go smoothly and took a lot off our shoulders knowing how emotional it would be for us. Will highly recommend The Avenue. Thank you.
