The most awful experience with Freeman Foreman. I had to spend thousands of pounds to renovate my property because of bad tenants and very poor management! I went through the courts to evict the tenants and ended with thousands of arrears that were not managed since 2020.

The worst estate agent ever, I had an appointment to view house and they didn’t turn up or contact me. It took me over an hour to get there and over an hour to get back and £15 in petrol and I phoned them and they fed me with lies and said that everyone was contacted by phone yesterday to cancel because it had gone. Mis-Sold on the property.

Mis-Sold on the property. We were told the property was a freehold property however once our solicitors reviewed the contacts we found out the property didn’t come with title or deeds to the land. In other words we’d be buying some very expensive bricks with no way of reselling the property. We pulled the offer and logged a complaint only to be told it was not Freeman Foreman’s responsibility to know if the property came with title and deeds and that they were actually free to advertise the property as they wished. I’d recommend anyone looking to buy a property through Freeman Foreman to proceed with extreme caution.
