GoogleTom, Lucy and the team managed our property purchasing process really well. They had to fill in and correct the gaps of communication when our solicitors failed to do so, and if they hadn't done this I don't think it would have worked out. They also helped keep everyone in a reasonable mindset, which was key to making it happen. A big thank you to them!

GoogleAvoid Cubitt & West Purley if you can!!! Lucy and Tom made it was clear I wasn't worth their time as a first time buyer looking for a small property. They often didn't reply to me, and when I chased they were rude and flippant. They made rude comments and digs at me. I escalated a complaint as far as I could, but it speaks volumes about Cubitt & West that they would employ staff like this in the first place, let alone keep them on when these issues are brought to their attention. GoogleTom and Tamsin were superb. Really great communication and helped me understand legal jargon. Without Tamsin's problem solving and liaising between solicitors. I would not have met the stamp duty deadline. I would highly recommend them for house purchasing.

GoogleWas shown around a place a couple of times by Oliver and was in correspondence with Molly at the same time. I was very impressed in the way they conducted themselves. Honest, open and very transparent. Oliver didn't rush me in any of the viewing, even if it went into their own private time. All questions were answered, and if they needed to check, they responded quickly and accurately. Very personable and are genuine in terms how they come across. GoogleWe met with a few agents before we placed our house on the Market. We were most impressed with meeting The Manager Tom at Cubit & West. He has a professional, competent and knowledgeable presence. With a good communication style. As typical of House Moves, ours became prolonged with various hiccups. Molly introduced numerous potential buyers and stepped in to take the lead all the way, managing our buyers expectations. But she was also exceptional at advising us on our onward too where we kept running into trouble. With all the various things to sort out she kept all parties updated, she must have the patience of a saint. All credit to her, she kept us going, pushing right through to completion and even beyond still assisting! Hope she is well rewarded for all her efforts.
