Selling my house via Cubitt & West Purley was a pleasure. I expected the experience to be an arduous one, but everyone at Cubitt & West made it easy, even enjoyable. It didn’t matter if I was dealing with Kurran, Mark, Nic or Sophie from the branch, I always felt as though I was being treated professionally, efficiently and fairly. Selling a house is a huge thing, and choosing a good estate agent makes a big difference. I’m glad I chose Cubitt & West Purley and would heartily recommend them.

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Kurran and your elite team at cubbitt and west Purley working with you has been amazing and I have really appreciated all your hard work over the last 6 months, there have been some challenges along the way but the way you have always been supportive, proactive and informative really made a big difference. No question was ever to small for Kurran and he was always on the end of the phone to help with every detail. He gave us realistic expectations and then delivered on those and that is the most important thing you can ask for when buying or selling property. We have previously had some horrible experiences with agents and Kurran was able to show us how it should be done. Genuinely will be recommending Kurran and his team to all my friends and family!

My experience with Cubitt and West has been wonderful. They were realistic, supportive throughout the process and the charges were reasonable. I felt in very safe hands not just with Kurran, my specific agent, but all the staff in the Purley office. I knew that whoever I spoke to they would be knowledgeable about my property. Calls were returned quickly and help was there all the way through the sale. I must also commend Sophie in the Caterham Office who, metaphorically held my hand through what was, at times, a very stressful process. Her help and support has been invaluable.

We have just recently exchanged on a property being sold with Cubitt & West and cannot praise them enough! After a bad run with local estate agents (Failed chains, poor communication and transparency) we were quite frankly dreading the house buying process. BUT C&W have been amazing from start to finish. Special mentions to Zofia and our progressor Sophie who have been on the ball throughout. Also a big thanks to Kurran with his enthusiasm and great customer care. Zofia has been wonderful - from the get go! She’s so switched on - enthusiastic and accommodating. She’s really guided us on the initial search and complete set up of buying. She even arranged a chat with Liam their in house financial advisor for FREE - who’s also been fantastic - and extremely informative. She also introduced us to our new solicitors - and after speaking with Elliot - who explained DJ Law’s buying and selling process- we decided to switch - plus they have a very competitive rate. Tom and Mia worked tirelessly to market our house and managed to arrange loads of viewings within such a short space of time.
