Their undisputed knowledge of area and market alike, their considered advice and experience underpinned all my decisions; their patience, help and understanding never wavered.
I would like to thank in particular Kelly Anderson (Lettings Support Manager) and Lloyd Clay (Lettings Manager). Lloyd has 'held my hand' more than once, especially as I am rarely able to come to Surbiton or meet prospective tenants in person.
I feel reassured in the knowledge that both my flats and my interests will always receive the best attention and letting service possible. This makes me a very happy Landlord and YOUR MOVE customer and I thank YOUR MOVE!

Called the branch for the viewing for one of the property which came for sale. They said don't have viewing dates yet and will get back with the dates. Called after couple of days and the same information was given. Guess what after 2 days the property is marked as "Sold Subject to Contract". Don't know how these guys operate.
