GoogleAbsolutely terrible experience with Dexters. I have been dealing with an issue for over half a month, and absolutely no one has stepped up to help resolve it. Every time I reach out, I just get brushed off with generic, unhelpful excuses. Save yourself the headache, do NOT rent a property through them. Their customer service and property management are completely non-existent.

GoogleI signed a contract with Dexters and rented more than 3 years, but I haven't received my deposit for nearly 2 months. Although the inventory check has been completed, they do not respond to my email inquiries. Kingston has many foreigners coming to find housing, but if you are coming from abroad, I would not recommend this place. If it’s your first time renting in the UK and you choose to use Dexters, I think you will experience a lot of stress.They neither provide any assistance nor even reply to emails.

GoogleI dealt with Dexter Kingston just once but they were professional, courteous and helpful. Unlike other agencies, they aren't pushy or try to bait you into properties other than the ones you are interested in. While we did not rent through them, we will consider them as an agents again.
