FacebookA horrid experience. This letting agent are not responding to us when we request our security deposit back. The landlord has even said they don’t want to claim any of it from end of tenancy report. Chancellors Richmond upon Thames are scummy

GoogleAs first time buyers, our experience has been made very straightforward due to Chancellors' excellent service. We dealt with Roy, and he went out of his way to source information from the vendor and guided us through the offer process. He accommodated a late evening viewing and was always at the end of the phone no matter what the time!

FacebookI bought a flat from chancellors. Basically had no contact from them in the 5 months the property took to complete and my emails were ignored. When the property completed they didn't have the keys to the back door. This despite the fact they had used a key to show us outside during the viewing. Liars trying to cover up the fact they had lost keys. Would use a different more professional estate agents.

FacebookThe worst possible agents I have ever had the misfortune to know. They refuse to organise any viewings to anyone other than a cash buyer ! Where do they expect you to live when your house is sold ? The rudest,most condescending,arrogant people in the world. Are chancellors trying to control the whole property market with their aggressive tactics?I would never market a property with them as they refuse to allow viewings.

GoogleJust came back from a 'viewing' of a property in Surbiton. Was supposed to meet an agent at 5:30 pm. 45 min later and noone turned up. Had a text to say that there is heavy traffic along the way and that the agent will be late and that was it. Walked away 45 min later as I was absolutely freezing and didn't have my car. Truly dissapointing experience.

FacebookI would be very careful about letting a property through Chancellors. We sadly used them for a year and found them to be of very little help. It appears that they allow tenants to damage your property whilst living there and give you zero support in claiming this money back out of the deposit. They act through a sub company called Thameside management and the staff there are neither knowledgable or helpful.
