I Would not recommend Chancellors, I have lost all faith in relations of customer services and branch representatives, there has been nothing but hassle since the start, I am now being invoiced energy bills when I never even moved into the property (Chancellors mistakes), I have had un answered emails!! And was given a contract that wasn’t even possible to proceed with. Hope this review helps others as the past four weeks has been nothing but stress.

Chancellors - Surbiton was a great help to us finding a place to rent. My hat is off to Harry who helped arrange our initial viewing and navigate the rest of the application process, which was quite confusing as we had just moved to the area from abroad! He fielded all of our questions promptly and in the end was able to help get our offer finalized with the landlord. Kallee was also a great help with the paperwork. I have never met such a dedicated person ever, on a Saturday evening he spent a lot of time in showing all the area and properties. I visited the Surbiton office today to enquire about a flat let for my son. Gavin was not in the office but Holly contacted him straight away to see when he was returning, in order for me to register an interest in the property.
