GoogleJosh was a great guy - always went out of his way to help! Even after we had bought the property we still received the same service - frequently coming to meet up us at the property so we could measure up and get contract quotes! Thanks for all your help. Cant wait to move in.

FacebookPLEASE AVOID CHANCELLORS. For 8 MONTHS I have been begging these morons to get several issues sorted with the home I rent. I AM STILL WAITING! I can honestly say this is the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It has been one disaster after another with them. PLEASE CHECK ALL PAPERWORK. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM FORGING SIGNATURES.

FacebookI’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had ‘George’ from Chancellors (Slough) leave me a voicemail, despite emailing them to ask them to stop! Arranged a viewing, they didn’t turn up, which is why I’m not interested in having anything to do with them. When I phoned them, no one seemed to know what was going on! My husband wasted his day off waiting around for them.

GoogleAVOID!!!! Very poor branch run by a very rude sales manager. My partner was dealing with Ryan who has been less then helpful and less than proactive. A very sorry state of affairs when the market is as tough as it is - I'd expect a service to deliver rather than let down. We will not be taking our business to this branch or company,

Even though the estate agent we were selling our house through was awful, Hayley would chase them and our solicitors up. FacebookJayne Morris (Kington/Leominster Offices last year) was always cheerful and full of fun. At the same time she got on with the job and got things moving in all senses of the word. She found me an excellent rental which I needed between selling and buying. I would certainly recommend Jayne!

FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.

FacebookZERO STARS. Simply the worst agency out there. Will not stop calling no matter how many times you tell them to remove you from their system. Do not give them your phone number let alone your property. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from any company EVER! Find and use a local agency - I’ve never had an issue with anyone except Chancellors!

FacebookHow they treat staff and can fire their staff when they have been told medically and by government rules to self isolate due to illness. To then have a call From manager to fire them! Which this member of staff previously offered to work from home ! Absolutey disgusting and to kick somebody down when poorly as well! Shame on you!!
