GoogleAgreed on an appartment Viewing at 11. Made lots of arrangements and travelled a long distance to be there on time . Recieved multiple email and text confirmation, even contacted them by phone 2 days before the viewing to confirm timing and that the viewing is going ahead. To our surprise, no one showed up after an hour of chasing we were told the agents car is not working snd they are trying to fix it! And hour later not even an apology.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. Used Your Move as a second agent to sell our property, after the first agent failed to even get us a viewing in 5 weeks. Our house was sold in 10 days using Your Move. Highly recommended anyone to contact and speak to Sam, Sarah and Jodie, they are all brilliant. Wish we had used them from the start ! 😁PositiveQuality

GoogleThis is my second time using the Sunderland your move branch. Both times they have been amazing helping me chase up solicitors during stressful parts of the buying and selling process. All of staff of very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

GoogleWe have had excellent service from the girls (Sam, Sarah & Jodie). Our house purchase was a long and complicated one and they have been a fantastic support from start to finish. If we ever move, we will definitely use Your Move because of these ladies and their great customer service. Couldn't recommend them more.

GoogleCame to value my house, 45 minutes late for our appointment. Didn't leave any information about prices. Called the office 7 times and couldn't get through and when I eventually get through they cant give me information. Poor service
