Dean priced my family home realistically and it sold within a few months, even during the Covid 19 lockdown. Gina’s professionalism, determination and knowledge concluded a very complex sale on my other property. Her excellent communication skills and advice kept me well informed and reassured throughout the whole process. The team at Good Life Homes are ‘enablers’, they enable their clients to create new beginnings as i have and I’m very grateful to them.

GoogleWe can not recommend Good life home sales and lettings enough, from our first and so informal meeting with Dean ( I presume the boss and the owner) who put us all at ease about the process of advertising and then selling the property. He showed so much passion about the business in hand and was so understanding due to our circumstances we found ourselves in, then on to the office staff👍all so polite and professional every time we had any phone calls/ emails from them.....all under the watchful eye of a great staff manager Gena, who was the utmost professional with lot's of other advice and help with the process of selling the property, all whilst dealing with the added problems of probate. GoogleAbsolutely poor service ! The estate agent not proactive at all Did a viewing on Beechwood Street, Thornhill, Sunderland After 24 hours exactly wanted to give an offer on the asking price. The agent told me 3 times the vendor has agreed a price I wanted to offer over asking price and she is saying that she doesn’t want to call the vendor and make him some more money and herself a better commission. I asked to communicate with the agent who did the actual viewing and she said is impossible because she works from home ! (She does have a phone obviously) I’m an estate agent myself and I always inform my vendors when there is higher offers Very disappointed !! If I could put 0 stars I would How can you be so lazy to give a call to the vendor in the first 24 hours of the viewings As estate agents we need to give vendors feedback for all the viewings and she didn’t even mention that I want to offer over asking price Training should be evaluated Horrible estate agents

GoogleThe team and in particular the senior manager handled our sale with professionalism and sensitivity from the outset to completion. We were selling due to difficult circumstances but always felt well supported by the team. A minor issue relating to consistency of feeding back on viewings was taken on board. Indeed, of course, no estate agent can prevent viewings by the purely inquisitive who have neither the means nor intention to proceed, as opposed to genuine potential buyers!

GoogleExtremely disappointed with our experience with Good Life. We went with goodlife after being told about their 'Bespoke Advertising Package' expecting a comprehensive marketing strategy, but our home was barely advertised - it only got posted once on their Facebook page. We reached out three times for guidance on selling our property and requested a visit from an agent to get tips on speeding up the sale, but were completely ignored. I specifically asked to be emailed instead of called due to my work in a children's home, but this request was disregarded. The stress this caused was particularly frustrating given my pregnancy. Unfortunately, we missed out on four potential homes we loved due to our property not selling. As a result, we're now forced to consider switching agents or exploring other options. Needless to say, we won't be using Good Life again."
