Very happy we chose Good Life to market our property and although it was a long journey, none of that was down to the Good Life Team. Every call I made to the office was answered by staff, both female and male with a cheery disposition and professionalism. Gina was a calming influence and a star in keeping us briefed and updated with any changes that arose. She also helped to navigate any difficulties in following up with, not only the buyer, but also Solicitors throughout the process. I would highly recommend Good Life to family, friends and anyone I hear of who is thinking of selling or buying property! Huge thanks to Gina and all at Good Life!

Just completed in the sale of my house. I HIGHLY recommend Goodlife Estate Agents! My valuation was done by Dean Harding who was extremely professional, understanding & I haven't forgot his kindness( he knows what I mean) what a nice gentleman!. I have dealt with the lovely Sarah Bernadi who has kept me updated all the way through & explained things I did not understand & gave us helpful advice. Estate Agents don’t always have the best rep, but Good Life were definitely the exception to the rule! Had a 5* experience with Goodlife Estate Agents, Dean came out to value, he was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. All the girls in the office were friendly and professional when I needed to contact them. House went on the market on the Friday afternoon, viewing made for the Saturday, sold on the Monday! Can’t say better than that. Once offer accepted Gina the Manager was in contact and kept me up to date every step of the way. Price for the services given at the beginning so unexpected surprises. The whole team are great and would highly recommend.

Do not be fooled by the positive reviews, you will notice they are not from tenants. My daughter who is a single mam living with her daughter reported mould issues to Goodlife. They sent one of their damp contractors to review the property who informed my daughter the room requires damp proofing. The landlord (who I have personally spoke too and they have personally apologised) was informed by Dean their owner, who I have saw the messages from, that work needed doing but my daughter doesn’t seem like the type of tenant to complain so it would be cheaper to just leave it. Fast forward 8 months and my daughter spent time in hospital with respiratory issues which they confirmed was from mould and simply because Dean thought it would be acceptable to advise the landlord not to go ahead. My daughter managed to get out of the house without any issues and credit to the landlord who had no idea about any of this and who couldn’t be anymore apologetic but be very very wary choosing this agent and especially dealing with Dean their owner. This isn’t the only horror story I have saw regarding Dean.

Nightmare agent avoid at all costs. I reported severe damp and mould 2 years ago which they simply replied that it’s condensation. After a back and forth for 2 years their contractor finally confirmed it was a structural defect and was in fact rising damp and mould. Due to this a child went through significant health issues due to their failings. Even after showing the agency and their directors Steven and dean photos of the suffering the child went through they still refused to respond. To top it off when I started a legal claim they bullied me out of it by sending someone aggressively and unannounced to intimidate me to leave the house.

From the initial enquiry and up until the exchange of contracts, the team at Goodlife were exemplary in their dealings throughout the whole process. After the valuation and photographs were taken, the property was put on the market on the Friday with the first viewing appointed for that afternoon. After a second viewing on the Saturday morning, an offer was received and Gina handled the negotiation with the client, agreed a price and the property sold, all within 24 hours. Just sold our family home with goodlife and all the service we have received from start to finish has been excellent. We got so much positive feedback from lots of family and friends. I would recommend Good Life & particularly Gina, even though I would say they don't have enough staff to cover the amount of work they've got which can lead to difficulty when trying to contact them or get updates. Our buyer was directly connected to us as a result of Good Life understanding what they were looking for & pinpointing our house as a perfect fit for them, although the whole process took much longer than expected due to multiple chains collapsing this was no fault of Good Life & we did get multiple viewings & offers until we sold.

The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Did an online valuation which they phoned me about on Friday, which I missed. I then phoned them four times, twice it went unanswered, the other two times I left messages, no one called me back. Next day lady phoned following up the online valuation, I explained I had called the day before but noone called me back, I was told they had been very busy. What if I had been a buyer trying to leave an offer? I gave them a second chance and booked for Dean to come round today (Tuesday 5th August) they give a 2 hour windowd, so anytime between 12.30-2.30pm, a lot of waiting around though. Received a call at 2.24pm from the office to say Dean was running late and could appointment be rearranged. Absolutely not, will not deal with them again. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend
